1. Nature of Business
Zenith Metworld operates in the business of industrial scrap and metal commodities trading. All transactions are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
2. Order Confirmation
All orders, quotations, and transactions are confirmed only after mutual agreement on price, quantity, quality specifications, and delivery terms.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not generally applicable due to the nature of industrial scrap and metal trading. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Material supplied does not match the agreed specifications
- Quantity discrepancies verified at the time of delivery
- Any mutually agreed contractual breach
All refund decisions shall be at the sole discretion of Zenith Metworld after proper review.
4. Inspection and Claims
Buyers are required to inspect materials at the time of delivery. Any claims related to quality or quantity must be raised immediately or within the agreed inspection period.
Late claims may not be entertained.
5. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the stage of procurement, processing, or shipment. Any approved cancellation may involve applicable charges.
